Check-In: Time: After 3 PM Entry Gates: Types: Large Car Gate & Small Man Gate Code: Same for both gates, found within “Trips” Small Black Gate: Keypad: On the door Instructions: Enter the code, turn the knob to the right. If wrong code entered, press ‘C’ to clear and try again. Large Black Car Gate: Garage Door Opener: In a lockbox to the right of the Small Black Man Gate Instructions: Click the opener once; gate will stay open for 10 seconds and then close automatically. Getting to the Unit: Directions: Do not go to the front door of the main house. After passing the black gates, walk up the driveway on the right, onto the patio, and directly to the door in front of you, to the left of the sliding glass door. Door Lock: Code: Personal Door Lock Code, found in the “Account” tab within the app. Do not share this code. Pods: Pod Number: A different pod number is given for each trip. Reference your specific pod number when checking in. Pod numbers are located to the side of each pod. Main Door Lock: Instructions: Close the door behind you and ensure it is locked. Lockers: Usage: You may leave items in your personal and pantry lockers. Ensure lockers are closed and locked. Items in open or unlocked lockers are considered abandoned. Lost Items: Policy: Found items will be kept in our lost & found. Check-Out: Time: Before 1 PM
